By using the Hi Gas app, you agree to the following:

1. Use of the App

• Provide accurate details when registering.

2. Bookings & Deliveries

• Customers can request fuel delivery through the app.
• Drivers can accept requests and are responsible for safe delivery.
• Both parties can leave ratings and feedback.

3. Payments

• Payments are processed securely in-app.
• Drivers receive payouts after successful deliveries, minus service fees.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations and refunds follow the policy shown in the app.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Hi Gas connects users and drivers but does not supply fuel directly.
• We are not liable for delays, damages, or disputes between customers and drivers.
